Hi, I’m May ✨

I’ll be teaching BASE and FLOW lessons at Pilates For You. I’ve been doing Pilates for years because it helps me so much with the other sports I do. Pilates has also made my core so strong that going to a handstand on a pole is super easy now (yes, I also do pole dancing 😄).

In my classes, you can expect strength, control, and a strong focus on technique. What my students like most is the relaxed and encouraging atmosphere but it definitely doesn’t mean the classes are easy 😉. I always give different options so everyone can work at their own level.

Ik geef les in het Engels, maar je mag altijd Nederlands tegen mij praten! Ik oefen graag, want ik wil mijn Nederlandse B2 halen 😉
